The semi-open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and complete tableware. The bathroom is clean and contemporary, with a bath, sink, and toilet.
The best part: a covered terrace overlooking a peaceful private courtyard—large enough to seat up to four people—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing with a glass of wine in complete privacy.

Rue Meynadier, a pedestrian and historic street, is one of Cannes’ most popular shopping streets, featuring some of the city’s best gourmet spots. Just a few steps away are the Marché Forville, the Allées de la Liberté, and the Old Port, all attracting many visitors every day.
Within a 10-minute walk from the apartment:
• Rue d’Antibes: a variety of shops and boutiques
• Rue Hoche: cafés and restaurants
• Carré d’Or: bars, pubs, restaurants, and cafés
• La Croisette: luxury boutiques, hotels, private beaches, restaurants, kiosks, and artisanal Italian ice cream
Getting around
Cannes Train Station (Gare SNCF): about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, offering regular regional and national connections (TER, TGV).
City Palm Shuttle: a free and convenient way to get around downtown Cannes, serving La Croisette, Rue d’Antibes, and the train station. Runs Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:15 PM, every 10–15 minutes.
Palm Bus Network: 30 regular lines covering Cannes and nearby towns, including evening and on-demand services.
Access to Nice and the Airport:
• Direct bus Line 210 Express to Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, with a stop close to the apartment.
• Cannes Train Station also connects to Nice-Ville in about 30–40 minutes, with direct connections to the airport or neighboring cities.
• For added flexibility, taxis and ride-hailing services (VTC) are readily available in Cannes for a quick 30-minute transfer to the airport, depending on traffic. We can help arrange this with our partner company.
Other things to note
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secured building.
Bed linens are provided upon arrival: one set of sheets per bed, one bath towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel for the bathroom, a kitchen towel, dish soap with sponge, and two rolls of toilet paper.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, but we ask guests to please wash the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not provided.
The apartment does not provide soap, dishwasher or laundry products, or coffee.
