Recently renovated, it sleeps up to 4 guests, features Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator. Situated on a quiet pedestrian street, it’s easy to explore the old town on foot.

I work just a few meters from the apartment, so I can assist in person if needed to ensure a smooth stay. Otherwise, I’m available via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone during business hours.

Check-in: 4 pm–8 pm. Self-check-in may be possible after 8 pm (please confirm your arrival time so I can meet you).
Check-out: 10 am.

Getting around

• Train: Antibes SNCF station is just a 10-minute walk, making it simple to explore the region, including Cannes, Juan-les-Pins, Nice, and even Monaco.
• By car: From the highway, take the Antibes exit and park at the secure Q-Park Pré-des-Pêcheurs, located 500 m from the apartment (check prices online).
• From Nice Airport: Take Bus No. 200 and get off at Place de Gaulle – Antibes, just steps from the apartment. You’re also welcome to contact us to arrange a scheduled pick-up with our trusted driving partner for a stress-free arrival.

Other things to note

Linens and towels are included with your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on the number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen towel, dish soap, and a roll of toilet paper.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay, but we kindly ask guests to take out the trash and wash dishes before leaving. Extra linens or additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged — please contact the agency for a quote.

Please note: Soap, laundry detergent, coffee, and beach towels are not provided. Keep noise to a minimum at night/early morning. No pets allowed.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator. Parking is not included.
