The space

A comfortable and well-located 35 m² studio that can welcome up to 4 guests, just a short stroll from Place de Gaulle (200 m), the Antibes SNCF station (800 m), and the historic ramparts (500 m). Recently renovated and fully equipped, it features stylish Art Deco-inspired décor throughout.

The studio includes:
- Secure building access via code and key fob
- A bright living area with a quality sofa bed for 2
- A mezzanine double bed offering additional sleeping space for 2
- Reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, storage options, hangers, and ironing essentials
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, storage, and a hair dryer
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and essentials
- A dining table seating four
- A peaceful balcony overlooking a private courtyard, furnished for outdoor use, plus a washing machine in a dedicated closet

All furnishings are new, and the apartment showcases tasteful Art Deco details. It is situated on the third floor of a small building (no elevator).

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Guest interaction

I live in Cannes and work in Antibes, so I’m always nearby if anything comes up. I’m also available on WhatsApp throughout your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Check-ins are from 4 pm to 8 pm and are done in person, therefor thank you for informing us of your arrival time, and updating us if plans change. If you arrive after 8 pm, a self-arrival process may be possible.
Check-outs are at 10 am.

The neighborhood

Perfectly located on a calm pedestrian street, this studio places you right in the heart of Old Antibes, with several public parking options just a few minutes away.

You’ll be staying in the charming historic district, surrounded by its narrow cobblestone lanes, ancient ramparts, Port Vauban marina, boutiques, cafés, and restaurants.

Everything is within walking distance:
- Provençal Market – about 3 minutes on foot
- Ramparts and Old Town walls – 2 minutes
- Port Vauban – 5 minutes
- Gravette Beach – around 8 minutes
- Antibes Train Station – roughly 10 minutes

With lively markets throughout the week and a warm holiday atmosphere, this highly sought-after neighborhood is sure to win you over.

Getting around

10 minutes from the Antibes SNCF train station.
By car: take the “Antibes” exit from the highway.
Parking: parking passes available with Q-Park (100 m from the apartment), approx. €60/week.
By bus: from Nice Airport, take Bus No. 200 to the stop “Place de Gaulle – Antibes,” just a short walk from the apartment.

Other things to note

You can easily explore the entire region without a car. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, with frequent trains to Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Nice, Monaco, Ventimiglia and San Remo (Italy) and their famous markets. Several bus lines and regional coaches, located just steps from the apartment, also provide convenient access to nearby towns.

The apartment includes linens and towels (a set of bedsheets per bed, a shower towel for each person, a hand towel for the bathroom, a bath mat, a dish cloth, dish soap, and a roll of toilet paper).
Cleaning is included at the end of your stay, however we request that guests please take out the trash and clean dishes ahead of the departure time.
