In the heart of Cannes’ historic old town, this stylish studio is perfect for romantic getaways or business trips, offering all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building (no elevator). It includes Wifi and accommodates up to 4 guests.

Everything is within walking distance—right in the center of Cannes. It’s a 10-minute stroll to the Palais des Festivals and the nearest beach, with Rue d’Antibes’ shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, as well as La Croisette and its beaches. The Nice Airport shuttle is just 5 minutes away.

The neighborhood
It’s an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in Cannes — a lively place where locals and visitors come together to enjoy the market, a coffee, or a glass of wine in one of the many cafés and wine bars nearby.
Within a 10-minute walk from the apartment:
• The Old Port, perfect for a sunny seaside stroll
• Marché Forville, the legendary Provençal market of Cannes, where local producers sell their beautiful products Tuesday to Sunday mornings. On Mondays, it becomes an antiques and flea market.
• Rue d’Antibes, famous for its many boutiques and fashion stores
• Rue Hoche, well-known for its friendly cafés and restaurants
• Carré d’Or, a vibrant district filled with bars, pubs, restaurants, and cafés

Getting around
Cannes Train Station (SNCF): about 10 minutes on foot, with regional and national connections (TER, TGV).
City Palm Shuttle: free service for getting around central Cannes, serving Croisette, Rue d’Antibes, and the train station, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:15 PM, every 10–15 minutes.
Palm Bus Network: 30 regular lines in Cannes and surrounding areas, including evening and on-demand services.
Access to Nice and the airport:
• Direct Bus line 210 Express to Nice Airport, stop near the apartment.
• Cannes train station allows reaching Nice-Ville in 30–40 minutes, with connections to the airport.
• Taxis and rideshare (VTC) available for a fast transfer (~30 minutes depending on traffic). We can help arrange this with our trusted partner.

Apartment located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.
Bed linen is provided upon arrival: one set of sheets per bed, one bath towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel for the bathroom, a kitchen towel, dish soap with a sponge, and one roll of toilet paper.
Final cleaning is included in the reservation; however, please we ask that guests please wash the dishes and take out the trash before your departure and before the key handover.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
