The space

Old Antibes is renowned for its charming ancient fishermen's houses. This fully renovated duplex has retained its original beams and old tiles, preserving its authentic character.
Ideally located, it allows you to explore the old town on foot. The apartment is air-conditioned, tastefully decorated, and features a terrace with views of Antibes’ rooftops, the Picasso Museum, and the surrounding mountains. All amenities are within easy reach.

The apartment includes:
- A large bright living room with a sofa / pull-out bed, 2 dining tables for 2 people each, air conditioning
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: Dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, washing machine, heated towel rail, hairdryer
- An independent toilet
- A bedroom upstairs with a double bed overlooking the terrace
- A terrace with outdoor furniture, offering a magnificent view of Antibes’ pink rooftops and the mountains in the French Alps

The entire duplex is fully accessible to guests.

Guest interaction

I live in Antibes and work in Antibes, so I'm always in the corner in case of problems. I also remain available by WhatsApp to ensure a good visit.
Since the key handover will be in person, thank you for sharing your arrival time. If arrivals are after 7 pm, a self-arrival process is possible.
Check-out time is at 10 am.

The neighborhood

Ideally placed in a pedestrian street for great holidays (car parks nearby).

The beautiful and typical district of the old Antibes — a district full of charm, with its narrow streets, its ramparts, its port, its beaches, its shops and restaurants.

There are many markets all week including the famous Provencal market. A holiday atmosphere assured! You will be charmed by this very popular destination!

• 450 m from the beach (Plage de la Gravette and old‑town beach area)
• 300 m from the old port (Port Vauban)
• 250 m from the Picasso Museum (Musée Picasso / Château Grimaldi)

• 1.1 km from Plage du Ponteil (pleasant sandy beach along the seafront, about a 15 – 20 min walk)

Getting around

By train: Antibes train station, 10-minute walk.
By car: Motorway A8, exit Antibes. Secure parking (QPARK) is 100 m from the apartment, approximately €60/week.
By plane: Nice Airport, with a bus connection that stops near the apartment.
By bus: Bus No. 200, "Place de Gaulle – Antibes" stop.

Other things to note

You can visit the whole region even without a car. Antibes SNCF train station is 10 minutes walk away, so you can easily reach Juan les Pins, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Vingtimille (Italy) or San Remo (Italy) for their famous markets.

Bed linen and towels are included in your stay: a set of bed sheets for each bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel for the bathroom, a dish cloth, dish soap, a sponge, and two rolls of toilet paper.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, we kindly request that guests please take out the trash and wash any dishes before handing over the keys.
