The space

This fully equipped apartment offers a geographical location allowing you to do everything by foot. In a quiet and secure residence, you can enjoy the old town without any noise.
It is composed as follows:

• 1 fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, water boiler, oven, fridge and freezer, electric stovetop, toaster, utensils, plateware), with a laundry machine (no dryer)
• 1 living room with a sofa bed, a dining room table
• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 bathroom with bathtub and sink
• 1 individual toilet
• 1 furnished terrace with cleaning supplies and a dining table
• WiFi Internet

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building with an elevator. Parking is not included.

You have access to the entire apartment.

I live in Antibes and work in Antibes. I remain available throughout your stay by WhatsApp.

Checkout time is at 10am.

The neighborhood

The old town of Antibes is famous for its charming narrow streets, artisanal shops, vibrant cafés, and traditional restaurants. You’ll be just a short stroll from Port Vauban and the historic city ramparts, perfect for scenic walks and harbor views.

Local markets nearby include:
- Marché Provençal (Cours Masséna) – fresh produce, flowers, and local specialties (Tuesday–Sunday mornings)
- Place de Gaulle Market – local food and goods (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday mornings)
- Boulevard Albert 1er Market – fresh produce and crafts (Thursday mornings)

Antibes allows travelers to also enjoy our beautiful region, because it is in the middle of cities to visit: Cannes - Nice - Monaco - St-Tropez.

Getting around

By car: Exit Antibes Motorway By car -> 15 minutes from the accommodation
By bus from the airport: BUS n ° 200 - Place de Gaulle stop -> 5 minutes walk from the accommodation
By train: Antibes-Center stop -> 7 minutes walk from the accommodation
By plane: Nice airport -> 30 minutes by car, taxi or bus

Other things to note

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat for the bathroom, a kitchen towel, two rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. The dishes must however be cleaned and the trash thrown away.

No beach towels.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.

Please do not hang dry towels over the terrace and instead use the clothesline or the drying rack.
