The space
Stylish apartment in the heart of Antibes, located on the famous Boulevard Albert I, which connects the city center, the old town, and the Salis district. Perfect for business trips or family holidays, this 70 m² apartment on the 3rd floor of a residential building with elevator comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests.
The apartment features:
- Entrance: Leads to the kitchen, sleeping area, and living room
- Kitchen: Independent, fully equipped, and opening onto a balcony for two. Includes hotplate, oven, microwave, espresso machine, and all essentials
- Living room: Large sofa, dining table for 4, Wi-Fi, and TV (streaming only via Molotov, YouTube, Netflix). Opens onto a spacious balcony with plenty of natural light
- Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe and storage, courtyard view
- Bedroom 2: Separated from the living room by a pocket door; double bed and single bed, wardrobe, and balcony access shared with the living room
- Bathroom with Italian shower and double sink
- Separate toilet room with sink

I work in Antibes, just a few meters from the apartment, so I’m available to assist in person if needed to ensure the quality of your stay. Otherwise, I can be reached via SMS, or phone during business hours.
Check-in is from 4 pm to 8 pm. After 8 pm, a self-check-in may be possible depending on availability — please inform me of your expected arrival time so I can meet you in front of the apartment.
Check-out is at 10 am.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment except closets in the hallway for personal use of the owner.

Getting around
Bus: Stop for Bus 200 (to/from Nice Airport) is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
Train: Antibes SNCF station is approximately 10 minutes on foot, providing easy access to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and other Riviera destinations.
By car: Accessible via the A8 motorway, Exit 44 – Antibes Centre / Juan-les-Pins. Street parking is limited in the old town, so we recommend using a nearby private parking garage, such as Vinci, just a few meters away (check prices online).

To explore the pedestrian streets easily, we suggest using a nearby private parking garage like Vinci, just steps from the apartment (prices online).
Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen towel, dish soap, a roll of toilet paper.
Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, we ask guests to please take out the trash and wash dishes at the end of your stay.
If you would like extra linens or to have an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee, no beach towels.
