Located in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance, including the famous Cap d’Antibes, where private beaches and nature reserves await.

The neighborhood is vibrant, offering cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere around the apartment. During summer, enjoy evening strolls, late-night shopping, or relaxing at the nearby private beaches with restaurants.

Getting around

Getting to the apartment:
- By Train: The Juan-les-Pins train station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
- By Car: Take the A8 motorway and exit at Antibes (exit 44) which is 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- From the Airport: The apartment is approximately 20–30 minutes by car.

Other things to note

The apartment is located on the ground floor.

Linens and towels are included with your reservation (one set of sheets per bed depending on the number of guests, one shower towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel in the bathroom, a tea towel, dish soap with a sponge, and two rolls of toilet paper).

Final cleaning is included in the rental price; however, guests are asked to take out the trash and wash any dishes before departure.

The swimming pool is open from 8:00 to 21:00, from May through mid-October.
