The space

Bright 2-bedroom apartment located in a residence built in 2019 with a prime location and an amazing terrace overlooking the residence's pool, which you can access throughout your stay!

This 45m2 apartment is composed of:
- Entrance area
- Fully furnished open kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, expresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, dishes, oven, fridge, and more!
- Living room: dining table for 4 people, comfortable couch, Wifi, air conditioning
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200 CM), air conditioning, small wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: bunkbeds for 2 people, air conditioning, small storage area
- Bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer
- Outside patio (30m2): table for 6 people, barbecue, outdoor couch and lounge area, with a view over the pool accessible only for guests staying in the residence

The pool area has a shower and toilets for guests to enjoy during summer. Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

This apartment has two underground private parking spots available for the guests to use!

Guest interaction

I am available by message through the platform or WhatsApp and can come by if needed during your stay. I will meet you in front of the residence entrance to welcome you and hand over the keys upon your arrival. Please inform me of your expected arrival time and update me if your plans change. Note that arrivals must be no later than 8 PM (a self-check-in process may be arranged after 8 PM).
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please remember to take out the trash and wash the dishes.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment except closets in the hallway for personal use of the owner.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located on Avenue Reibaud in Antibes, just a 2-minute walk to Place du Général de Gaulle and the famous Picasso Museum in the Old Town.

Shops, cafés, restaurants, a bakery, and a butcher are all within 100–200 m, while beaches like Plage de la Gravette and Plage de la Salis are about 10 minutes on foot. The train station is roughly 15 minutes’ walk, making it easy to explore Antibes and nearby towns.

This location is perfect for discovering Old Antibes, with its historic ramparts, charming alleys, and lively atmosphere — a delight to wander and soak in the local character.

Getting around

The bus stop 200 (for / from Nice Airport) is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The train station is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment (700 meters away).

Other things to note

To fully enjoy the charming pedestrian streets of Antibes, we recommend using the reserved parking space inside the building and exploring the city on foot.

Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price: one set of bed sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel for the bathroom, a kitchen towel, dish soap, a sponge, and a roll of toilet paper.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is also included. Guests are asked to wash the dishes and take out the bins.
If you’d like mid-stay linen changes or extra cleaning, please contact the agency for a quote.

The parking space fits standard city cars. For larger vehicles, please provide your car’s dimensions to the agency to ensure it can fit.
