The space

This villa is located in Théoule-sur-Mer, a nice area of the Estérel, where you will be able to enjoy its breathtaking sea-view.

This villa is composed of 4 floors:

1. Floor 1 (ground floor)
2. private, indoor parking spot

3. laundry area (washing machine, dryer, iron)

4. Floor 2 (first floor)

5. bedroom 1 (double bed, TV, sea-view, AC) and its private bathroom (Italian wall-in shower, toilets)

6. bedroom 2 (double bed, TV, sea-view, AC) and its private bathroom (Italian wall-in shower, toilets)

7. bedroom 3 (double bed, TV, sea-view, AC) and its bathroom opened to the room Italian wall-in shower made of natural rocks.

8. bedroom 4 (two single bed, TV)

Bedroom 1, 2 and 4 shares a large common terrasse (looking over the sea for 1 and 2 only).
Bedroom 3 has its own private balcony with a sea view.

On this floor, you will find some some independent toilet rooms accessible from the hallway.

1. Floor 3 (second floor) This floor is accessible by some beautifully crafted stairs made of natural rocks. This floor has:
2. a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, stove)
3. dining area with table for up to 8 people
4. a tv lounge area with a comfortable couch and a flat screen TV.

This entire floor offers a remarkable sea view and opens onto a large terrace with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy.

1. Floor 4 (rooftop)

This rooftop level is an open-air space featuring a swimming pool with sea views and a large, spacious solarium perfect for sunbathing. Toilets are also accessible on this level.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire villa except from 3 cupboards used for personal belongings.

Guests can contact us at any time during their stay for assistance or advice to ensure an unforgettable experience.

Check-in: 4 pm to 8 pm. After 8 pm, a self-arrival option may be possible depending on availability — please confirm your arrival time at least two days in advance. A team member will greet you, welcome you to the villa, and answer any questions.

Check-out: 10 am. A team member will visit to inspect the villa and collect the keys.

Neighbourhood

Sheltered in a small cove along the Estérel coast, Théoule‑sur‑Mer is a peaceful, almost heavenly seaside resort that captivates holidaymakers. Its turquoise waters lap gently against sandy beaches shaded by palm trees, while numerous inlets and calanques carve into the striking red rock of the Estérel.

The town also features a charming marina with a miniature lighthouse crafted from red stone, alongside a handful of beautiful, luxurious residences set in lush gardens.
A unique highlight is the "Château des Mineurs" — a crenellated red stone castle, originally an 18th-century soap factory, now transformed into a holiday center that adds historic charm to the area.

Getting around

This villa is located 33,9 km away from the airport Nice Côté d'azur.

By car, follow the A8 highway towards Mandelieu la Napoule and exit on "sortie 40-Théoule-sur-Mer".

Other things to note

This villa has numerous stairs and is not accessible for wheel chairs.

Bed linens and shower towels are included in the reservation (a set of sheets for each bed, a shower towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel per bathroom, a kitchen towel, dish soap, and a roll of toilet paper).
Cleaning is included at the end of your stay, however we kindly request that guests wash the dishes and throw out the trash ahead of time.
