The space

Located in Théoule-sur-Mer, in the heart of the Estérel hills, this stunning villa built into the iconic red rocks offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea.

Spread across 4 levels, the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and features several terraces, a private rooftop pool, and spacious living areas filled with natural light.

Level 1 – Ground Floor
Private indoor garage with one parking space
Laundry area with washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment
Level 2 – Sleeping Area
Bedroom 1: double bed, TV, air conditioning, sea view, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
Bedroom 2: double bed, TV, air conditioning, sea view, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
Bedroom 3: double bed, TV, air conditioning, private sea-view balcony, and open bathroom with natural stone shower
Bedroom 4: two single beds and TV

Bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 have access to a large shared terrace. Bedrooms 1 and 2 also enjoy beautiful sea views.

Separate toilets are accessible from the hallway on this level.

Level 3 – Living Area

Accessible via a few steps integrated into the natural Estérel rock, this level includes:

a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, etc.)
a dining area for up to 8 guests
a comfortable living room with sofa and flat-screen TV

Thanks to its large openings to the outside, this entire level benefits from exceptional natural light and spectacular sea views. The furnished terrace allows you to fully enjoy the villa’s unique setting.

Level 4 – Rooftop & Pool

The top level is entirely dedicated to relaxation:

Toilets are also accessible on this level.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire villa, except for three locked closets reserved for personal belongings.

At check-out, a member of our team will come to inspect the villa and collect the keys.

Private parking is available on site.

Other things to note

The villa includes many stairs and is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A welcome kit with soap and shampoo will be offered upon arrival.
