- Separate fully equipped kitchen.
- Bright living room with a sofa bed and access to a balcony.

- The apartment features air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, as well as Wi-Fi.

- Casino supermarket just 100 meters away.

Getting around

The apartment is perfectly connected by public transport and ideally located for exploring Cannes and the surrounding area.
- Cannes train station (SNCF): about 600 meters away, with regional and national connections (TER, TGV).
- City Palm shuttle: a free service operating in the city center, serving La Croisette, Rue d’Antibes, and the train station, from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:15 PM, every 10–15 minutes.
- Palm Bus network: over 30 regular lines serve Cannes and nearby towns, including evening and on-demand services.

Access to Nice and the airport:
- Express bus line 210 to Nice Airport, with a stop near the city center.
- TER trains from Cannes station to Nice-Ville (around 30–40 minutes) with direct airport connections.
- Taxis and private transfers (VTC) available for a quick ride (about 30 minutes depending on traffic).

Notes

We provide amenities: bed linens and bath towels are included in the rental price.
House linens are provided upon arrival (one set of bed sheets per bed, one bath towel per guest, a hand towel and bath mat for the bathroom, a dish towel, dish soap and sponge, and two rolls of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, please wash the dishes and take out the trash before the key handover.
If you wish to have cleaning during your stay and/or a change of bed sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The property does not provide soap, laundry or dishwasher products, or coffee.
