This lively pedestrian street offers an authentic taste of French life, with shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, the market, and easy access to the sea, La Croisette, Palais des Festivals, and the train station.
Rue Meynadier is both historic and popular, known for some of the city’s best gourmet spots. Just steps away, you’ll find the vibrant Marché Forville, the Allées de la Liberté, and the Old Port—bustling hubs beloved by both locals and visitors alike.
Within a 10-minute walk:
- Rue d’Antibes: shopping street
- Rue Hoche: cafés and restaurants
- Carré d’Or: bars, pubs, restaurants, and cafés

- Palm Bus Network: 30 regular lines covering Cannes and surrounding areas, including evening and on-demand services.
Access to Nice and the airport:
- Direct Bus: line 210 Express to Nice Airport, with a stop near the apartment.
- Train: Cannes station connects to Nice-Ville in 30–40 minutes, with onward connections to the airport.
- Taxis / rideshare (VTC): available for a fast transfer (~30 minutes depending on traffic). We can help set this up with our partner company.
Ferrage Parking: parking lot nearby (prices vary by duration).

Bed linen provided: one set per bed, one bath towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel, kitchen towel, dish soap with sponge, and two rolls of toilet paper.
Final cleaning is included, but please wash dishes and take out the trash before the key handover.
