Renovated in 2021, the 150 m² south-facing villa on a 950 m² plot welcomes up to 8 guests. It features a heated 8x4 m pool, a wooded garden, a terrace with comfortable seating, a barbecue and plancha area, and a petanque court.

I live in Antibes and am available by phone (SMS,or calls) throughout your stay, and can assist in person if needed. I will meet you at the villa for key handover, explain everything, and answer any questions. Thank you for telling me your arrival time ahead of time.

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.; for arrivals after 8:00 p.m., please contact me to arrange an independent check-in. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

By bus: approximately 45–60 minutes from the Nice Airport, with airport buses to Antibes (#82) followed by a short local connection

- Envibus Line 02 (Antibes ↔ Cap d’Antibes)
- Envibus Lines 30 and 31
