The space

This luxurious apartment is ideal for family or business trips, set in a quiet residential neighborhood of Antibes. The secure residence features a large park and a private shared swimming pool, offering tranquility just minutes from the heart of the city.

The apartment is composed of:
- Spacious entrance hall
- Bedroom 1: 2 simple beds (prepared as a double bed upon arrival unless you ask for then to be prepared as 2 simple beds), a table and its chair, cupboard, large window looking over a garden.
- Bathroom 1: attached to the bedroom 1, bathtub, sink.
- Independent toilets with its own sink, accessible from the hallway
- Bedroom 2: 2 simple beds (prepared as a double bed upon arrival unless you ask for then to be prepared as 2 simple beds), access to the terrasse, sea and mountain view.
- Bathroom 2: attached to bedroom 2, walk-in shower, sink, window.
- Independent and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, micro-wave, stoves, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer)
- Living room with a couch, coffee table, and a dining room area with a table for 6 people. The living room has two wide bay window giving access to the 50 m2 terrace looking over the sea.

The accommodation has AC, WIFI and access to the pool and the parking lot of the residence.

Guest interaction

We are a local team in Antibes and Cannes who will be available throughout your stay.
Key handover will be in front of the residence's entrance in person, and we can answer any questions at this time. Please be sure to inform us of your arrival time at least the day before, and update us if plans change. If arrivals are after 7pm, a self check-in process may be made.
Check-out time is 10am.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located on the Chemin du Puy in Antibes, near the Place de General de Gaulle, home to the famous Picasso Museum in the old town.

In the surrounding area, you will find many shops, restaurants, and services. For instance, there is a bakery and a butcher around the corner. Shops, beaches, and the train station are within walking distance.

This location is ideal because it is close to the old Antibes, between the ramparts of this historic district, where it is very pleasant to get lost.

Getting around

The bus stop for line 200 (to/from Nice Airport) is located a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is at the same location, therefore also a 10-minute walk from the apartment (700 meters).

Other things to note

In order to take full advantage of the charming pedestrian streets of Antibes, I recommend you park at the residence and then walk around to discover this wonderful historical city of Antibes.

Bed linens and shower towels are included in the rental price. Beds will be made as double beds by default, please contact us if you wish for single beds instead. Included is: a set of bedsheets per bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel for each bathroom, a dish cloth, dish soap, a sponge, and two rolls of toilet paper.

Cleaning is included at the end of the stay. We do however ask that guests clean dishes and thrown out trash.
If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.

The pool is located in the parc of the residence. It is opened all year long and is not heated.
It is opened from 8AM to 10 PM.
Pool towels are not included.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
