This spacious and bright apartment with air conditioning is situated in the heart of Cannes. It features two bedrooms, an open kitchen, and a cozy living room. The apartment is conveniently located just 200 meters from the Palais des Festivals and 300 meters from the Gare de Cannes train station!

This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Cannes. It is a 57 m² duplex featuring two bedrooms.
It is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.
Ground Floor:
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle, stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishes.
- Dining area with a table that seats four people.
- Large sofa.
- Bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed (160 x 200 cm).

Guests have access to the entire apartment (except for one closet in the first bedroom, which is closed for personal belongings).

Getting around
Train: The Cannes train station is located just 100 meters from the apartment, offering regular TER and TGV connections throughout France. Trains to Nice-Ville take approximately 30 to 40 minutes, providing easy access to the airport.
City Transport:
- City Palm Shuttle: Free service around the city center, including to La Croisette, Rue d’Antibes, and the train station. Runs Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:15 PM, every 10–15 minutes.
- Palm Bus Network: 30 lines covering Cannes and nearby towns, including evenings and on-demand services.
Airport Access: Direct bus Line 210 Express to Nice Côte d’Azur Airport stops near the apartment. Taxis and VTC services are also available for a 30-minute transfer.
Other things to note
Included Amenities: We offer high-quality services, which include a set of sheets for each bed (depending on the number of guests), a shower towel for each guest, a bath mat and hand towel for the bathroom, two rolls of toilet paper, a kitchen towel, a sponge, and dish soap.
Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included in your rental. Please remember to wash the dishes and take out the trash before checking out.
Access: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator.
Linen and Items Not Included: Please note that shower soap, laundry or dishwasher products, and coffee are not provided.
