The space

This studio is located on the top floor of a building (12th floor) and will offer you a panoramic view of a park.
It is well designed, composed of the following:

• Entrance hallway with a bathroom on the right side
• the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet
• the main room has a table for up to 3 people and a kitchenette (open to the living room)
• the kitchen area has 2 stoves, a microwave, ustensiles
• the couch is convertible with a bed of 140x200 cm for 2 people
• the living room has wifi
• the outside area is great for a cup of coffee while looking over this giant garden of 4 hectares

The residence has a pool that is opened year long. It is an outdoor pool without heated. It is opened from 8AM to 10 PM. Along side the pool, long chairs are free to use (up to availability).

The parking lot is dedicated to guests, it is not a designated parking spot but a common parking lot.

Guest access

Guest have access to the entire apartment, as well as private parking and pool access.

Guest interaction

This place is managed by a local team who will be in person for your check in and for your check out. Check ins are generally in between 4PM and 7PM. If you would like to check in outside of this time frame, please ask to the agency if it is possible, and we may set up a self arrival.

Someone will be there to welcome you. A specific check in time will then be very much appreciated.

Neighbourhood

The accommodation is located on rue du Puy in Antibes where it is residential, family oriented and quiet. However, it is only a few minutes away from the bus station and the train station!
A 15-minute walk away, you will arrive to the old town of Antibes where the streets are open for pedestrian use and there are many shops, restaurants, boutiques, artists, bars and much more!

Getting around

This beautiful studio apartment is only 30 minutes away from the airport!

It is very easy to get to the building by car and park in the shared, private parking lot of the building.

If you come by train or bus, there is a 10-minute walk from the train station, or only a 6-minute walk from the bus station.

Other things to note

The apartment is accessible with an elevator. It is located at the 12th floor (last floor). It has an incredible view!

Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Please respect neighbors by being quiet after 10 PM until 8 AM.

Linen is included: a set of sheets for the bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and a bath mat for the bathroom, dish soap with a sponge, a kitchen towel, and two rolls of toilet paper.

An end-of-stay cleaning is included, however we ask that guests please wash dishes and take out the trash before leaving.

Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.

Beach/pool towels are not included.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
