This one-bedroom apartment is fully equipped and located just steps from the beach, making it perfect for family stays. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers access to the residence’s swimming pool. A private parking space is also available within the building.
The space
This apartment is very sunny and well placed facing the sea, directly in front of the La Salis beach, in a secure residence.
It is composed as follows:
- Spacious entrance hall with storage including household items and a vacuum cleaner for guest use.
- Independent toilet (renovated 2024) with a washbasin.
- Living room with a coffee table, dining table for 6 (which can double as a work area), and a retractable bed (140x200 cm) for 2 guests. The living room opens onto a terrace with sea views.
- Independent and fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, blender, stovetop, fridge with freezer, cookware, and utensils. A bay window leads to a long balcony overlooking the swimming pool, featuring a table for 2, storage, and a drying rack.
- Bedroom featuring a double bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe, and fan. It has access to the balcony shared with the kitchen.
- Bathroom with a double sink, shower, large mirror, and hairdryer.
The apartment is well maintained and includes Wi-Fi.
One assigned parking space in the basement, suitable for a city car.

The neighborhood
This apartment is located in the famous district of Antibes called "la Salis". Known for its fine sandy beaches and its superb seaside atmosphere, Salis beach is the last beach in Antibes before entering Cap d'Antibes, just after Ponteil beach. It is one of the most famous beaches in Antibes and it attracts many holidaymakers in summer.
This beach is in direct contact with the road. Families with children will therefore prefer Ponteil beach (200 meters away) which is better protected.

Getting around
To reach the apartment from Antibes city center, follow Avenue Albert 1er and, once you reach the sea, turn right along the coastal path toward Cap d’Antibes. The apartment is located directly on Salis Beach, just before Cap d’Antibes. When walking along the seaside path, be sure to stay on the left.
Everything is within walking distance. Located in a residential area, you can easily stroll along the coast and enjoy nearby shops.
Public parking is available near Ponteil Beach in addition to your private parking space in the residential building.

- By train: Antibes SNCF station: 1.9 km | Juan-les-Pins SNCF station: 2.2 km
- By car: A8 motorway, Antibes exit 44
- From Nice Airport: a bus (#82) can bring you close to the apartment
Other things to note
Linen is provided upon arrival, including one set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom, a tea towel, dish soap and sponge, and two rolls of toilet paper.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
The swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., EXCEPT on Sundays and public holidays. The pool is available from early May to mid-September. Please note that the pool is unsupervised. Running, jumping, or ball games are not allowed.
The end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price, however, we kindly request that the dishes be cleaned and the trash thrown away before handing over the keys.
No pool/beach towels, no soap, no laundry detergent, no air conditioning, no coffee provided.
