Ideally located, the apartment is the perfect base for discovering the highlights of the French Riviera. The historic center of Antibes, with its charming pedestrian streets, Provençal market and ancient ramparts, is just a 10-minute drive away. The beaches of Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins are also within easy reach.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence and is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. While it is not equipped with air conditioning, a fan is provided for your comfort.

Upon arrival, you will receive 4 wristbands granting access to the residence's swimming pool. The pool is open from April to September (subject to the residence's schedule). Tennis courts and the fitness room are available for an additional fee.

For your convenience, bed linen and towels are included in your reservation. You will find one set of bed linen per bed, one bath towel per guest, a bath mat, a kitchen towel and one roll of toilet paper.

End-of-stay cleaning is included. We kindly ask that you wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before your departure.

If you would like additional housekeeping services or a change of bed linen and towels during your stay, please contact our agency for a personalized quote.

Please note that beach/pool towels, soap, coffee, and detergent for the dishwasher or washing machine are not provided.

A secure private parking space is included and is located in an outdoor parking area approximately a 2-minute walk from the residence.
