The space

This apartment is located in a brand-new, secure, and beautifully decorated building in the Oxford district of Cannes.
Close to all amenities, it enjoys an ideal location with access to a rooftop swimming pool, open from May to September.

The apartment is laid out as follows:
Bright living room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), dining table, and direct access to the terrace with a clear view of the park.
Fully equipped open kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, citrus juicer, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, capsule coffee machine, and more.
Bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), spacious wardrobe (with hangers and shelves), and access to the terrace through a large bay window. The bedroom also features independent air conditioning.
Bathroom with shower, sink, and mirror.
Separate toilet.
Spacious 14 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying an outdoor dinner with a peaceful view of the residence’s courtyard.
The apartment also includes a private underground parking space (closed and secure box).

Other things to note

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the reservation (one set of bedsheets per bed and depending on number of guests, one bath towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat for the bathroom, kitchen towel, and two rolls of toilet paper).
If you would like an extra set of sheets or towels, or mid-stay cleaning, please contact our team for a quote for these additional services.

Pool/beach towels are not included.

The rooftop pool of the residence is open each year from May to September:
- May & September: from 10 AM to 8 PM
- June, July & August: from 10 AM to 9 PM

Final cleaning is included in the reservation. However, please wash the dishes and take out the trash before your departure and the key handover.
