The space

This accommodation is situated in a luxury residence on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator.

It includes the following features:
- A lovely living room with a dining table for four people, a comfortable retractable double bed (160 cm), and a convertible double sofa bed (140 cm).
- Balcony: The living room opens onto a spacious furnished balcony that offers a glimpse of the sea, complete with a dining table for four and two deck chairs.
- An independent fully equipped kitchen.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
- A separate WC.
- A dressing room with storage and hangers.

The residence also has a shared parking area at the base of the building. Parking is open to all visitors, so if the parking lot is full, the quiet street provides plenty of options for easy parking.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included.

Guests have access to the entire accommodation.

Guest interaction

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. A representative will be on-site to welcome you and show you to your accommodation.
Please contact us at least 2 days before your arrival to arrange your arrival time, allowing our team to prepare accordingly. If you plan to arrive later, self-check-in may be possible.

Departures are at 10 a.m.

During your stay, we are available to assist you as needed via SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, or in person to ensure everything goes smoothly.

The accommodation is located in the Lower California of Cannes just 1.4 km from the Cannes SNCF train station, or 20 minutes on foot.

In the surroundings there are:

Other things to note

Household linen is included in the reservation and given upon arrival: a kit of bedsheets per bed, a bath towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel for the bathroom, two rolls of toilet paper, a kitchen towel, a sponge, and dish soap.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
Please make sure to take out the trash and wash the dishes before handing over the keys.
