Travelers have access to the entire accommodation except for a closed metal box in the living room where personal belongings are stored.

The apartment is managed by a professional company based in Antibes which will be in charge of welcoming you and helping you throughout your stay.

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please give us a precise arrival time no later than the day before your arrival so that someone can come on site to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. If you arrive after this time, please contact our team so that we may arrange a self-arrival.

Departures are at 10 a.m.

The neighborhood

This apartment is located on Rue Leclerc in the renowned Albert 1er district of Antibes. The area is famous for its fine sandy beaches and vibrant seaside atmosphere. Ponteil and Salis beaches, just steps away, are the last beaches in Antibes before entering Cap d’Antibes, attracting many holidaymakers in summer.

From the apartment, you can enjoy beautiful views of Cap d’Antibes, the old town, and the historic ramparts. The location also puts you close to the charming streets of the old town, local cafés, restaurants, and shops. For culture lovers, the Picasso Museum and Port Vauban are just a short walk away, making it the perfect base to explore the best of Antibes.

Getting around

To get to this beach from Antibes town centre, take Avenue Albert 1er and go down to the sea. The apartment is located at Square Albert 1er.

Everything is accessible on foot, you just have to stroll through the alleys and enjoy the proximity of the shops.

Other things to note

Household linen is provided on arrival (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat for the bathroom, a kitchen towel, two rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge).

End-of-stay cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash cans thrown away.
