The space

This bright 57 m² one-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is perfectly located in the heart of Antibes. It’s just 100 m from Place de Gaulle and 200 m from the Old Town, where you’ll find shops, cafés, and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk from Plage de la Gravette.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a secure building with a small elevator and features air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining bar, stovetop, coffee machine, blender, washing machine, and dishwasher

- Separate toilet with small sink

A spacious terrace is accessible from both the living room and bedroom. It can be fully closed to keep the air conditioning in or opened to enjoy the fresh air and sunny Antibes atmosphere.

The apartment is located on Boulevard du Président Wilson, just steps from Antibes’ main attractions:
- Place du Général de Gaulle – 100 m

- Marina / Port Vauban – 500 m, perfect for waterfront walks and yacht spotting
- Provencal Market – 300 m, fresh local produce and crafts (Cours Massena)
- Beaches (Plage de la Gravette & Plage de la Salis) – 10–15 minutes’ walk

Shops, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants can all be found around the apartment, and bars and nightlife are scattered throughout the Old Town.

From historic streets to cultural attractions, markets, and beaches, everything is within walking distance, making this location the perfect base to explore Antibes.

By car – Take the Antibes exit from the highway; paid parking is available nearby.

Other things to note

To fully enjoy the charm of Antibes’ narrow pedestrian streets, we recommend parking your vehicle in a nearby private car park, such as QPark.

Linens and towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on the number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, and a kitchen towel. Dish soap and a roll of toilet paper are also provided.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. We kindly ask guests to take out the trash and wash dishes before departure. Extra linens or additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged—please contact the agency for a quote.

Please note: soap, laundry detergent, coffee, and beach towels are not provided.

For the comfort of neighbors, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum at night and early in the morning. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
