The space

This bright 57 m² one-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is perfectly located in the heart of Antibes. It’s just 100 m from Place de Gaulle and 200 m from the Old Town, where you’ll find shops, cafés, and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk from Plage de la Gravette.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a secure building with a small elevator and features air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

Other things to note

To fully enjoy the charm of Antibes’ narrow pedestrian streets, we recommend parking your vehicle in a nearby private car park, such as QPark.

Linens and towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on the number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, and a kitchen towel. Dish soap and a roll of toilet paper are also provided.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. We kindly ask guests to take out the trash and wash dishes before departure. Extra linens or additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged—please contact the agency for a quote.

Please note: soap, laundry detergent, coffee, and beach towels are not provided.

For the comfort of neighbors, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum at night and early in the morning. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
