The space

- A large bright living room with sofa bed (140cm with thick quality mattress), coffee table, dining table with open kitchen. This living room opens onto a superb fully furnished 13m² terrace.
- A sleeping area with a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
- A bedroom with closet, large window and 160cm bed

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes with Wi-Fi throughout. Its terrace overlooks a quiet interior courtyard, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.

Located in a rare and convenient spot, it’s less than 10 minutes from Gravette and Ponteil beaches, under 100 m from the pedestrian streets of Old Antibes, and just 500 m from the famous Provençal market.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday, it combines the charm of the old town with easy access to beaches and local amenities.

I live in Cannes and work in Antibes, so I’m often in the area and available to assist you if needed. Our agency is also just a few steps from the apartment.

Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please contact us to check availability (additional fees may apply). A self-check-in option may also be possible with a secure key box. Please let us know your expected arrival time, as we will meet you in person at the base of the apartment.

The neighborhood

Discover the enchanting charm of Old Antibes, a historic district full of character with its narrow alleys, ancient ramparts, bustling port, inviting beaches, charming shops, and lively restaurants.

Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the many markets held throughout the week, including the famous Provençal Market, where the sights, smells, and colors promise a true holiday experience.

The beaches are just a short stroll away — only 10 minutes on foot to La Gravette or La Salis, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or a relaxing seaside escape.

Getting around

Antibes SNCF train and bus station is about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation.
By car, the journey from Nice airport is around 20/30 minutes depending on traffic.
If you don't have a car, you can either take a taxi from the airport or a bus (N°250) which will drop you off at "Place du Général de Gaulle" in Antibes (5 minutes walk from the accommodation). We can help schedule transportation for you with our trusted driving partner.

Other things to note

We offer luxury services, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price (1 set of bedsheets per bed, 1 shower towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel for each bathroom, a dish cloth, dish soap, a sponge, and two rolls of toilet paper).

Cleaning is also included in the rental price, at the end of the stay. However, we kindly request that dishes are cleaned and trash thrown out.
