The space

The apartment is located in the famous résidence clipper A in the center of Juan les Pins. There, you will have access to the apartment with a lift. The apartment is located as followed :

• Entrance hall with storage
• Bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilets, laundry machine, hairdryer
• Living room with two convertible couchs (140x200cm) + TV + Internet + dining room table for 4 people
• Independant kitchen : fully equipped with microwave, small fridge, toaster, 2 stoves
• Terasse of 10m2 accessible by the kitchen and the living room. There, you will have a sea view and outside furnitures

The apartment has a parking spot located under the building, it is a designated spot (not a box).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire place.

Guest interaction

Guests will be in contact with our team throughout their stay. We will contact the guests a few days before check in to confirm the check in time. We will need a specific check in time at least a day before so someone will be able to get there to welcome you.

The neighborhood

Located in the center of Juan les Pins, this apartment is closed to all amenities (convinient stores, restaurants, tabac, bars, beaches, beach restaurants, train station, etc.)
There is also Antibes close by to visit and it is about 15 mn by bike. Lots of rental bikes are available in Juan les Pins !

Other things to note

The apartment is located at the 4th floor (5 floor in total in the building).
Bed linens and towels are included in the reservation (for the number of guests noted on the reservation).
There is one towel per person upon check in. Beach towels are not included.
