From 41 Rue James Close you’re just about 250 m from the historic remparts, 300 m from the Marché Provençal, and 450–500 m from Plage de la Gravette and the Port Vauban area — all easily walkable right from your doorstep. You’re also only a few meters from cafés, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and local conveniences, making everything wonderfully accessible on foot.

Getting around
The train station is just a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
The airport is about 25 minutes away by car. You’re welcome to contact us to arrange a transfer with our trusted driving partner for a smooth and stress-free arrival.
If you’re driving from the A8 motorway, take Exit 44 (Antibes) toward Antibes Centre / Juan‑les‑Pins. From the exit, it’s roughly 10 minutes (around 6 km) to the apartment.
The area is pedestrian, so you cannot park directly in front of the building. If you’re arriving by car, please park beforehand. The nearest parking is Q Park La Poste, with prices available online. Do not enter the pedestrian zone without a permit—city cameras will issue fines automatically.
Other things to note
This apartment is located at the first level of the building where they is no elevator.
Linens and towels are included in the reservation price: a set of bed sheets per bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen cloth, dish soap, a roll of toilet paper. A convenience store is also located nearby for any additional needs.
Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. We thank you for taking out the trash and cleaning the dishes before handing over the keys.
