The space

This sun-filled single-story family house of 120 m², nestled within a lush 720 m² garden, is the perfect retreat for up to 7 guests, offering space, comfort, and a private oasis for a memorable stay.

It includes:
- Magnificent garden with outside fournitures, pool, parking spot
- Living room with WIFI, AC, dining table
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: dishwasher, Expresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, micro-wave, fridge, freezer, cookware, utensils
- Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed and 1 single bed, AC
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, storage and view on the pool
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, storage and view on the pool
- Bathroom 1 : shower, toilet and sink
- Bathroom 2 : bathtub, 2 sinks and toilet

The house has air conditioning in the living room and Bedroom 1, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The private pool is available anytime (not heated), and quiet hours start at 10 p.m.
The car park entrance is via a slightly narrow alley and is suitable for city-sized vehicles.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire place, only one door will be locked for personal belongings.

Guests will be in contact with our agency throughout their stay to ensure a smooth and enjoyable holiday.
Please reach out a few days before arrival to confirm your check-in time, so someone can greet you at the property. Standard check-in is between 4 PM and 8 PM; later arrivals may be possible through a self-arrival process—please ask the agency.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Cleaning is included, but guests are asked to wash the dishes and take out the trash before leaving.

Other things to note

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen towel, dish soap, a roll of toilet paper.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, we ask guests to please take out the trash and wash dishes at the end of your stay.
If you would like extra linens or to have an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
