The space

This one-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secure residential building with an elevator. It is composed as follows:

• Entrance hall with storage
• Separate kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, washing machine, utensils, and tableware
• Living room with a dining table for 4 people, a sofa bed (140x200 cm), and air conditioning
• Balcony with a table for two, accessible from both the living room and the kitchen
• Bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), fan, storage, and air conditioning
• Bathroom with bathtub and sink
• Separate toilet

The apartment has AC and WIFI.

No parking access is included.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Guest interaction

Guests will be in contact with the agency throughout their stay to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Check-in is normally between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
If you wish to arrive earlier or later, or need a different check-out time, please contact the agency in advance to confirm availability for an early or late check-in/out.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in a perfect spot of Antibes since it is only a few steps only to the famous Place de Gaulle where there is a supermarket, restaurants, a boulangerie, shops and bars in less than 5 mn walking distance.

The train station is within a 10-minute walk from the building, and several bus stops are located just in front of the residence.

Other things to note

On arrival, you will find household linen provided: sheets for each bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom, a tea towel, and a roll of toilet paper.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included; we kindly ask that you wash the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Should you wish to arrange extra cleaning during your stay or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to discuss a quote.

Please note that beach towels, soap, dishwasher products, washing machine products, and coffee are not supplied.
