The space

The apartment is composed as follows:
- Entrance hallway with storage area
- Living room on the right side with a convertible couch, table for 4 people, AC
- Balcony with a lateral seaview and a table
- Bathroom with a large shower, sink
- Separate toilets
- Bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and dresser
- Fully equipped kitchen (laundry machine, dishwasher, stoves, oven, microwave, coffee machine, plateware and utensils)
- Balcony on the other side of the apartment accessible from the kitchen and the bedroom with a view over the buildings pool

This apartment has AC and Wifi. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building with an elevator (small elevator). You have to go down 3 steps to access the elevator

There is no parking space, but you can park in the street (up to availability).

Please confirm your expected arrival time at least 2 days in advance so we may plan accordingly.
Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. If you need to arrive or depart outside these times, please contact us in advance to check availability.

The neighborhood

This apartment is located in the famous district of Antibes called "la Salis". Known for its fine sandy beaches and its superb seaside atmosphere, Salis beach is the last beach in Antibes before entering Cap d'Antibes, just after Ponteil beach. It is one of the most famous beaches in Antibes and it attracts many holidaymakers in summer.

This beach is in direct contact with the road. Families with children will therefore prefer Ponteil beach (200 meters away) which is better protected.

Getting around

From Antibes city center, take Avenue Albert 1er and, once you reach the sea, turn right along the coastal path toward Cap d’Antibes. The apartment is located just before Cap d’Antibes on Ponteil Beach (be sure to stay on the left along the seaside path).

Everything you need is within walking distance. Situated in a quiet residential area, you can enjoy leisurely strolls along the beach and easy access to nearby shops.

You have a private parking spot included with the apartment. In addition, public parking is available at Ponteil Beach (450 meters from the apartment), at which a subscription can be arranged for around €60 per week.

Other things to note

A final cleaning fee is included at the end of your stay. However, please leave the dishes clean and take out the trash before checkout.

Bed linens and towels are included in the booking (one set of linens per bed, one shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat for the bathroom, a tea towel, dish soap with a sponge, two rolls of toilet paper).
If you want additional linens or cleaning services, please contact the agency in order to get the quote.

The pool is not heated. The swimming pool is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day EXCEPT Sundays and public holidays. The pool is open from May to mid-September. Jumping, running, or playing ball is prohibited. It is not supervised.

No beach / pool towels.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Parties are forbidden / Pets forbidden / Smoking is forbidden.
