This 44 m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building with an elevator. It is composed as follows:

- Convertible sofa in the living area suitable for one adult or two children (130 x 200 cm)
- Living area with air conditioning and high-speed fiber internet
- Bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), storage with hangers, dresser, and air conditioning
- Separate toilet
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, hairdryer, and heated towel rack
- 10 m² balcony with table and outdoor sofa
- The apartment includes a designated parking space in the building

The apartment is ideally located in the Montfleury district of Cannes, close to all amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, wine shop, beauty salon, DIY store, hairdresser, printer, laundromat, and more.
The Palais des Festivals is a 20-minute walk from the apartment, the train station 12 minutes on foot, Rue d'Antibes 5 minutes, and the beaches 10 minutes.
It’s a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood in Cannes, while still being at the heart of everything!

Getting around

• From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE): it’s about 30 minutes by car. By bus, you can take line 620 which serves Cannes and lands you very close to Montfleury.
• Public transport: Buses such as lines 620, 21, 18, 22 stop very close in Montfleury.

Other things to note

Linen and towels: these are included in your reservation and include a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel per bathroom, a bath mat per bathroom, a tea towel, two rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge. If you need an extra kit for the sofa or another bed, please inform us in advance.

Pool/beach towels: Not included.

Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Please leave the apartment in a tidy state, wash the dishes, and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Extra cleaning or linen: If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact the agency for a quote.

Provided items: The property does not provide soap, dishwasher/laundry detergent, or coffee.

Rules: Parties are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and pets are not permitted.
