The space

- Bedroom 1 with double bed (180x200cm), wardrobe
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (90x200cm), wardrobe and balcony access
- Spacious 18 m² balcony, accessible from the living room and bedroom 2, with outdoor dining area and beautiful side sea view
- Bathroom with shower, double sink and small laundry room with washing machine
- Independent toilet

The accommodation has an assigned outdoor parking space located in the private courtyard of the building.
There are a few steps to climb to access the elevator.

Tenants are in contact with the agency in charge of this accommodation. You will need to agree on the arrival time no later than two days before the arrival date so that someone can come on site to welcome you.
Check-ins are from 4 pm to 8 pm.
If you wish to arrive outside the arrival times, please ask the agency if this is possible.
Check-out is at 10 am.

The neighborhood

Ideally located in the heart of Antibes on a quiet side street near the Ilette roundabout, the apartment offers easy access to everything on foot. Ponteil Beach (450 m), the Salis beaches (550 m), and Old Antibes (800 m) are all within walking distance, as well as a bakery (90 m), Italian restaurant (180 m), supermarket (450 m), and more.

Antibes train station is 1.6 km away, around a 24-minute walk.

Other things to note

The accommodation has linens on arrival: one set of bed sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, a bath mat and hand towel per bathroom, a kitchen towel, dish soap, and a roll of toilet paper.
Cleaning is included, however we request that guests please clean the dishes and take out the trash before leaving.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.

Parties are prohibited, pets are not allowed. Thank you for respecting neighbors by being quiet between 10 pm and 8 am.
