From the apartment, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Vauban Marina, the Alps, and Antibes Bay.
The residence also features a spacious garden, perfect for relaxing walks, and provides access to a large swimming pool — ideal for cooling off on sunny days.

Please note: The pool will be under construction during autumn and winter 2025/2026.

  • Independent and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, micro-wave, stovetop, dishwasher).

  • Living room including a couch, coffee table, TV, and a dining room area with a table for 6 people. The living room has two wide bay window giving access to the 29m2 terrace looking over the sea.

The accommodation has AC (in bedrooms only), WIFI and access to the parking lot of the residence.

Guests will coordinate with our agency, conveniently located just a short 3-minute walk away. We kindly request that you contact us at least one day before your arrival to confirm your check-in time, and one day before departure to arrange your check-out.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Self check-in is also available upon request, using a secure lockbox with clear instructions for easy access to the apartment.
Throughout your stay, our team is always available to assist with any questions or needs, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located on the chemin du Puy in Antibes, near the Place de General de Gaulle the famous Picasso Museum in the old town of Antibes.

In the surrounding area, you will find many shops, restaurants, and services. For example, you can find the bakery and butcher just around the corner. Shops, beaches, and the train station are all within a few minutes’ walk!

This location is ideal, close to the ramparts of Old Antibes’ historic district, where it is pleasant to wander and explore.

Getting around

The bus stop for line 200 (to and from Nice Airport) is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is also a 10-minute walk away, approximately 700 meters from the apartment.

Other things to note

To fully enjoy the charming pedestrian streets, I recommend parking in the reserved space inside the building and then exploring the wonderful historic city of Antibes on foot.

Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price.
Upon arrival, beds will be prepared as two double beds; if you prefer them as two single beds, please let us know before check-in.
Household linens include a set of sheets per bed, one large towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom, a tea towel, and a roll of toilet paper.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental, but we kindly request that you wash the dishes and take out the trash before departure.
If you would like additional cleaning or a change of sheets or towels during your stay, please contact the agency for a quote.

Soap, dishwasher and washing machine products, and coffee are not provided.

The swimming pool, located in the residence’s park, is open from 8 AM to 10 PM and is not heated. It is under construction from autumn to winter 2025/2026. Pool and beach towels are not provided.

The fridge and freezer are fully functional, but the ice cube dispenser and water fountain are not working.

Reserved parking is available for city cars only; large vehicles cannot be accommodated.
