This bright and spacious 90 m² apartment, on the 2nd floor, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. With two terraces overlooking the sparkling swimming pool, an open-plan living area, and modern comforts, it’s the perfect spot to relax, dine al fresco, and soak up the vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere. Ideal for families or friends, it combines space, style, and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

Tenants will have access to the entire apartment. Only one closet will be closed for the owners' belongings.

Guests will be in direct contact with our agency. Please contact us at least 2 days before arrival to confirm your arrival time. As we are not a hotel and do not have a reception desk, it is essential that guests provide an accurate arrival time so we can be at the apartment to welcome you and hand over the keys.
Throughout your stay, you can reach us anytime for assistance or recommendations to ensure your visit goes smoothly.
Check-out is at 10 a.m. If you need an earlier or later checkout, please ask the agency to see if it is possible.

The area is perfect for a family stay, offering a calm, residential feel while keeping you close to everything Antibes has to offer. Everyday conveniences are right around the apartment, including shops like a boulangerie and bakery, a butcher, supermarket, hairdresser, nail bar, and a variety of restaurants and cafés just minutes on foot.

The Bus 200 from Nice Airport stops about a ten-minute walk from the apartment.
The Antibes train station is also only a ten-minute walk away (approximately 700 meters).
If you’re arriving by car, take the A8 motorway and exit at Antibes, then follow the signs toward Antibes Centre-Ville.

Notes
Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (according to the number of guests), one shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen towel, dish soap, and one roll of toilet paper.
Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. We simply ask guests to take out the trash and wash the dishes before departure. If you would like extra linens or an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency for a quote.
The swimming pool is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the summer season. Please note that it is not heated.
The residence has underground parking with one dedicated space for the apartment. The entrance is suitable for city cars; if you have a larger vehicle, please send us its dimensions so we can confirm whether it will fit.
Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
