The space

The apartment is located in a high-standard residence, very quiet and secure (monitored 24/7), with elevator access.
It is fully furnished with new, quality furniture (Roche Bobois, BoConcept, etc.).

It is composed as follows:
- Spacious living room: flat-screen TV, sofa, and dining area with table for 6. Opens onto a first 13 m² terrace with breathtaking sea views.
- Bedroom 1: double bed with storage, sea view and adjoining bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: double bed with en-suite shower room.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen: opens onto the second 61 m² terrace with a private jacuzzi and magnificent sea views.
Wifi and air conditioning available throughout the apartment.

In the residence, you can benefit from a private parking space, two swimming pools as well as access to tennis courts.

The apartment is ideally located near Juan Golf Beach (7 minutes by car) and Palm Beach (10 minutes by car).

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, situated on the top (third) floor of a secure residential building. They also benefit from a private parking space and access to the residence’s two swimming pools and tennis courts.

Guest interaction

Our agency is located in Cannes and Antibes, and our team is available via the platform chat or by phone to assist you throughout your stay.
A representative will welcome you on-site between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please provide your expected arrival time at least one day in advance and keep us informed if your schedule changes. If you wish to arrive outside of this time window, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Other things to note

The swimming pool is not heated.

Included in your stay are the following items: a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom, a kitchen towel, two rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge.
If you need additional sets of sheets, feel free to request them, and we will provide you with the price upon request.

Cleaning will be done at the end of your stay. However, we kindly ask that you take out the trash and wash the dishes before leaving and returning the keys.
Check-out time is at 10 a.m. Please contact us no later than the day before your departure to confirm your key return time so that someone can be on-site to assist you.

Beach/pool towels are not provided.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
