The space

Spacious and well-designed apartment located in a modern, secure residence with an elevator.

The apartment is laid out as follows:
- Entrance hallway with wardrobe, ironing equipment, and cleaning supplies
- Large bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet
- Bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe
- Living room with a raised bar area for dining
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, kettle, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, plate-ware, and cooking utensils)
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Terrace accessible from the living room, furnished with outdoor seating

The residence features a non-heated outdoor swimming pool, available for guests to enjoy. Wifi is provided.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Guest interaction

We are a local agency based in Cannes. To arrange key handover, please contact us at least one day before your arrival via the platform you used to book the apartment. Please provide an accurate arrival time, as we meet guests in person.
We are also available by text or phone if needed and can come on-site promptly to resolve any issues.
Checkout is at 10:00 AM.

Neighbourhood

The residence is just a few steps from the Piscine des Oliviers, surrounded by a beautiful green park. At the end of the street, you’ll find the restaurant Le Jardin, which has a spacious outdoor terrace and a wide selection of dishes, including their famous grilled specialties.

The apartment is located in the Montfleury district, close to many convenient shops and services such as a pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, newsstand, restaurants, bars, a printer, wine shop, doctors, florist, post office, banks, and more.

• Cannes train station: 10-minute walk away
• Rue d’Antibes: about a 10-minute walk, lined with numerous shops and restaurants
• La Croisette: a 15-minute walk away, known for its trendy beaches and luxury boutiques
• Palais des Festivals: about a 25-minute walk away

Other things to note

The apartment does not include private parking. Free street parking is available depending on space. A paid parking lot is located under the Intermarché on Place du Commandant Maria, about an 8-minute walk from the apartment (please check their current rates online).

End-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. Before leaving, please wash the dishes and take out the trash to the residence’s waste area.

Bed linen and towels are provided: one sheet set per bed, one bath towel per person, one bath mat, one hand towel, one kitchen towel, and two rolls of toilet paper.
Pool and beach towels are not included.
The property does not provide soap, dishwasher or laundry products, or coffee.
Mid-stay cleaning or linen changes may be available for an additional fee; please contact our agency for a quote.

The front door locks automatically, so always keep a key with you when leaving. Guests who leave their keys inside or in the lock will be responsible for any locksmith fees.

Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
By the rules of the residence, access to the swimming pool is limited to registered guests only and visitors are not allowed.
