The studio is bright, thoughtfully arranged, and air-conditioned for your comfort. The furniture is new, and the apartment is clean.

- Fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, stovetop, and utensils
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink
- Has ample storage space for your clothes during your stay

Additional amenities: Air conditioning for your comfort, and a private laundry room located just across the hallway in the building (not directly in the apartment), equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and drying line.

Guests can confirm their check-in a few days before arrival. Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a self check-in option is available.

Other things to note

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen towel, dish soap, a roll of toilet paper.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, we ask guests to please take out the trash and wash dishes at the end of your stay.
If you would like extra linens or to have an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
