Step into this cozy 23 m² studio, perfect for 2, tucked away on the 1st floor of a building (no elevator) in the heart of Antibes’ Old Town. Bright and airy, with comfy new furnishings and air conditioning for your comfort, it’s a stylish little retreat just steps from the city’s lively streets, historic charm, and vibrant atmosphere — the perfect spot to soak up everything Antibes has to offer.

The studio apartment includes:
- Living room area, Internet, comfy convertible couch for 2 people
- Fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, micro-wave, coffee machine, kettle, stovetop, utensils
- Bathroom with shower, toilets, sink
- Storage area for your clothes during your stay

The apartment has air conditioning and access to a shared laundry room within the building. It is free to use and equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and drying line. Please note, the laundry room is not inside the apartment but is located on the ground floor of the building.

Guests can confirm their check-in a few days before arrival. Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a self check-in option is available.

Bus: Line 200, stop at “Place de Gaulle – Antibes”

Other things to note

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen towel, dish soap, a roll of toilet paper.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, we ask guests to please take out the trash and wash dishes at the end of your stay.
If you would like extra linens or to have an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee, no beach towels.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Parking is not included.
