The space

Experience the best of Antibes from this bright 45 m² apartment, perfect for up to 4 guests. Located in the heart of the Old Town, it’s just steps from winding streets, vibrant markets, cafés, and the marina, making it an ideal base to enjoy the city.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It does not come with parking.

This one-bedroom apartment includes:
- Living area with comfortable convertible sofa for 2 and wifi
- Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, stovetop, and utensils
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, connected to the bedroom
- Storage space for your clothes during your stay
- Bedroom with double bed
- Terrace accessible from both the living room and bedroom

The apartment has air conditioning and access to a shared laundry room within the building. It is available to use and equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and drying line. Please note, the laundry room is not inside the apartment but is located on the ground floor of the building.

Guests can confirm their check-in a few days before arrival. Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a self check-in option is available.

Airport: Nice Airport is accessible by bus, which stops near the apartment. Guests can also contact us to arrange a private transfer with our trusted driving partner
Bus: Line 200, stop at “Place de Gaulle – Antibes”

Other things to note

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen towel, dish soap, a roll of toilet paper.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, we ask guests to please take out the trash and wash dishes at the end of your stay.
If you would like extra linens or to have an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee, no beach towels.
