This brand-new one-bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the pedestrian heart of Antibes’ Old Town, just steps from shops, restaurants, bars, art exhibitions, the marina, the Marché Provençal, and much more. Fully renovated in July 2024, it comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

The space

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It does not come with parking.

This one-bedroom apartment includes:

- Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, stovetop, and utensils
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink, connected to the bedroom
- Storage space for your clothes during your stay

The apartment has air conditioning and access to a shared laundry room within the building. It is available to use and equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and drying line. Please note, the laundry room is not inside the apartment but is located on the ground floor of the building.

Other things to note

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen towel, dish soap, a roll of toilet paper.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, we ask guests to please take out the trash and wash dishes at the end of your stay.
