The space

This 1-bedroom, 45 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor of a modern residence with an elevator and wheelchair access. Located in the heart of Antibes, it’s just steps from shops, restaurants, and all essential amenities.

The apartment includes:
- Bedroom with double bed, two single bunk beds, wardrobe, AC
- Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine (no dryer but a drying rack)
- Independent toilets
- Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people, TV, dining area with dining table for 5, AC
- Kitchen open to the living room with oven, electric stovetop, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and kitchenware
- Terrace with dining table accessible from the living room

The apartment includes a private basement parking space, accessible by a car elevator, suitable for vehicles up to 5 m long and 1.90 m high.
The apartment has WIFI and AC.
We have a high chair for kids and a baby cot (no linens).

I live in Cannes and work in Antibes. So I'm often around to help you if needed. Our agency is also located a few steps from this accommodation.

Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact us to see our availability (additional costs possible).
However, a self-arrival process is possible on request with a key to be collected in a secure key box.

Check-outs are at 10 a.m.

The neighborhood

Located on Avenue Maréchal Reille, this apartment puts you in the heart of Antibes’ charming old town, full of narrow streets, historic ramparts, a lively port, sandy beaches, and countless shops and restaurants.

Enjoy the vibrant Provençal market, held several times a week, and soak in the holiday atmosphere of this highly sought-after neighborhood.

The beautiful beaches of La Gravette and La Salis are just a 10-minute walk, the Picasso Museum is 5 minutes away, and the train station is only 15 minutes on foot, making it easy to explore Antibes and the surrounding Riviera.

Getting around

The Antibes SNCF train and bus station is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
If you’re arriving by car, the journey from Nice Airport takes about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Without a car, you can easily reach Antibes by taxi or by taking bus No. 250 from the airport, which stops at Place du Général de Gaulle (only a 5-minute walk from the apartment).

Other things to note

Household linen is provided on arrival (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel per bathroom, a bath mat per bathroom, a tea towel, a roll of toilet paper).

End of stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to agree on a quote for this additional service.

Pool/beach towels are not included.

The accommodation does not have soap, products for the machines (dishwasher/washing machine), coffee, or beach towels.
