Perfect for up to 3 guests, this apartment is ideal for a memorable holiday.

- Terrace accessible from the living room and bedroom, overlooking the pool

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Guest interaction

Check-in: 4 PM–8 PM. I will meet you at the building entrance to hand over the keys and answer any questions about the apartment or the neighborhood. Please let me know your expected arrival time and update me if it changes. Late arrivals after 8 PM may be possible via self-check-in, depending on availability—please contact me in advance to confirm.

Check-out: 10 AM.

I live in Cannes and work in Antibes, and I remain available throughout your stay by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to assist with any questions or needs.

The neighborhood

This apartment is located in the famous Salis district of Antibes, an area known for its fine sandy beaches and lively seaside atmosphere. The Salis Beach—one of Antibes’ best‑known beaches—is just a few steps away and offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, and seasonal ice cream and refreshment stalls right on the sand.

For families, Ponteil Beach is just 200 m away and is more sheltered, ideal for young children.

You’re also perfectly placed to enjoy all that Antibes has to offer on foot:
- Heart of the Old Town: ~8‑minute walk
- Antibes train station: ~10‑minute walk
- Central beaches and promenade: ~5–7 minutes on foot

Shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk to the apartment.

Getting around

To reach the beach from the center of Antibes, follow Avenue Albert 1er and, at sea level, turn right toward Cap d’Antibes. The beach is located just before the Cap—keep to the left along the seaside.

• Juan-les-Pins Train Station: 2.2 km
• By car: take the A8 motorway, Antibes exit

Parking is not included. I suggest nearby public options, subject to availability:
- Parking du Ponteil – close to the beach and town center (paid)
- Parking Base Nautique – near the Salis beaches (paid)
- Street parking is also possible but often limited in summer

Other things to note

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation: a set of sheets per bed (depending on number of guests), a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel, a kitchen towel, dish soap, a roll of toilet paper.

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, we ask guests to please take out the trash and wash dishes at the end of your stay.
If you would like extra linens or to have an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee, no beach/pool towels.

Thank you for respecting neighbors by being quiet at night/early morning. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. Enjoy access to the residences swimming pool. Parking is not included.
