This apartment is located in the center of Antibes on Boulevard Gustave Chancel, a stone's throw from the city center and old town. This accommodation is ideal for your business trips or family vacations!
Ideally located, 400m from Place de Gaulle and 500m from the old town, and about a 15-minute walk from Ponteil Beach.

This apartment comprises:

• Fully equipped separate kitchen opening onto a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture.

• A living room with a dining table also opening onto the terrace.

• The shower room area has a separate toilet and a bathroom with double sinks and a large bathtub.

• Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

An underground parking space completes this apartment. Please note that the space is quite narrow and is suitable for a city car.
There are a few steps to go down to reach the elevator.

Other things to note

Household linen is provided on arrival, including: one set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom, a tea towel, two rolls of toilet paper, and dish soap with a sponge.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation; however, please wash the dishes and take out the trash before returning the keys.
