The space

This 59 square meter apartment is located on the famous Marché Provencal in Antibes old town. It is the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator.

It is composed as follows:

• Cozy and well-furnished living room with a convertible couch (160x200cm), AC, and TV

• dining table in the living room for 6 people

• fully-equipped open and bright kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, coffee machine expresso CROUPS brand, utensils, plateware)

• bedroom #1 (10m2) with a double bed, window, and AC

• bedroom #2 (10m2) with 2 single beds (no windows) (no AC)

• bathroom with a shower, sink

• independent toilet (a few stairs up)

This apartment has AC (living room and 1 bedroom) and wifi. It is located at the 3rd floor of the building (last level) and has no elevator (stairs only).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Neighbourhood

This is an ideal location in Antibes!

The local market / Marché provencal (opened every morning Tuesday to Sunday) is located on the same street of the apartment and has many offerings of local farmers, local food, honeys, wines, etc. This is a must see in Antibes!

There is also the famous Picasso Museum down the street with it amazing sea view.

You will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops, artwork and more in the surrounding streets. It is situated in the pedestrian area of the old town so it isn't accessible by car (if you have a car, you can park at Q Park on the Marina Quai des Pêcheurs, fees will apply according to their policies and the day).

Other things to note

This place has bed linens and towels upon arrival (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel and bath mat for the bathroom, a tea towel, two rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge).
No beach towels included.

The accommodation does not have soap, products for the machines (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
In order to find extra services (soap, more toilet paper, etc.) there is a convenient store a few minutes from the property.

Trashes must be taken out and the dishes cleaned upon check out.
