The space

This is a 52 square-meter one-bedroom apartment located in a residential building with an elevator.
It is composed as follows:

• Bedroom (160x200cm), AC
• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, two stovetops, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, utensils, and plateware), an attached balcony with a table for two
• Bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilets)
• Living room with a large and comfortable couch, table for 4, and a balcony with an outdoor table

This apartment has AC in the living room and internet.

There is a parking spot available to use in a secured building on rue Gazan (not in the same building as the apartment).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment except from one cupboard for personal uses.

Guest interaction

Our agency is located just down the street, only a 3-minute walk from the apartment, making it easy to get in touch. We kindly ask guests to contact us at least one day before arrival to confirm check-in and check-out times.

During your stay, we are available to assist with any questions or needs and can be reached through our office or via WhatsApp.

The apartment is ideally located to where you can easily explore the charm of the old town, relax on nearby beaches, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Côte d’Azur.

- Plage des Milliardaires (Millionaires’ Beach) – A serene and beautiful spot at the tip of Cap d’Antibes, perfect for swimming or sunbathing.
- Restaurants, cafés, and bars – Plenty of local options within walking distance, offering fresh Mediterranean cuisine and lively evenings.
- Old Town & Provençal Market – Discover charming streets, boutique shops, and local produce at the famous Marché Provençal.

The neighborhood is perfectly situated, with the beach and the charming old town just moments away.

Other things to note

Towels and linen are provided on arrival (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel per bathroom, a bath mat per bathroom, a tea towel, two rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge).

Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, it may be possible, but please contact the agency in order to get a quote for this extra service (same for extra linens and towels).

Please take out your trash and clean dishes before checking out.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
No beach towels.
