- Two bedrooms, each with a 160×200 cm double bed and a closet
- One bedroom with air conditioning; the second equipped with a fan
- Living room with air conditioning and a 140×200 cm sofa bed
- 10 m² balcony accessible from the living room and main bedroom, with a small table for two. The balcony offers two distinct areas — perfect for dining or relaxing with a coffee in the sun
- Fully equipped closed-off kitchen (oven, microwave, cooking utensils, washing machine)
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink, blow-dryer
- Independent toilet

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential building with a small elevator.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the apartment.

You’ll be staying in the heart of central Antibes, a wonderfully walkable area where everything is within easy reach: train and bus stations, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, boutiques, tourist attractions — and, of course, the beach!

🚗 Parking: The apartment does not include a parking space, but private underground parking is available at Q-Park Les Poiriers on Place de Gaulle. Rates and availability can be checked online.

- Just a 2-minute walk to the entrance of the Old Town
- Only a 7-minute walk to the beach
- 10-minute walk to the train station
- 50 meters from Place de Gaulle — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants
- Bus stop just 10 meters from the apartment

This property is professionally managed by a rental agency. Please contact us at least one day before arrival to confirm your exact check-in time.

As this is not a hotel, there is no reception on-site, so punctuality is important. If you’re running late, please let us know. A member of our team will welcome you in person and remain available throughout your stay to assist with any questions or issues.

Late arrivals after 8:00 PM may be possible via self check-in, subject to availability — please contact us in advance to arrange.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please confirm your departure time the day before, or sooner if possible.

Other things to note

Bed linen is provided: one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one hand towel, one kitchen towel, dish soap, a sponge, and one roll of toilet paper on arrival.

🧼 Cleaning is included in the reservation, but we kindly ask guests to wash the dishes and take out the trash.
If you would like additional cleaning, or extra sheets, thank you for contacting us for a quote.

No soap, no machine products, no coffee, no beach towels, only a couple rolls of toilet paper. There’s a supermarket nearby for any additional needs.

If you need a baby travel cot, please request it in advance through the agency. It is available upon request for an additional €20 per stay. (Please note: sheets are not provided for the baby cot, so you’ll need to bring your own.)
