Authentic Townhouse Steps from the Beach & Market

The space

Welcome to our townhouse located on Rue de Fersen, right in the heart of the pedestrian area of Old Antibes. With its prime location on one of the most picturesque streets, you’ll be just steps away from the city walls, several beaches, the Provençal market, and numerous local restaurants and shops.

The house is spread over several levels and can accommodate up to 5 guests:

• Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator) open to a small dining area with a table for your meals (the ground floor does not have AC)
• 1st floor: an open bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) with AC and a small bathroom with a shower, toilets and sink.
• 2nd floor: an open bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) (no AC) and a bathroom with shower, toilets, sink, and washing machine.
• 3rd floor: a cozy attic space with a sofa bed (120x200 cm) with AC.

The house has Wi-Fi and offers all the comforts for an enjoyable stay with family or friends.

NO TV (screen available in the living room but no channels. You can plug a computer if wanted but you need your HDMI cable. There is a DVD player on site.)

Neighbourhood

You’ll be staying on Rue de Fersen, right in the heart of Old Antibes, one of the most authentic and vibrant neighborhoods of the French Riviera. This area is famous for its cobbled streets, colorful Provençal market, charming cafés, art galleries, and traditional restaurants.
Supermarkets, bakeries, and other local shops are just a few steps away, making your stay both convenient and charming.

The property is ideally located on Rue de Fersen, in the heart of Antibes, on a charming pedestrian street.
- From Nice Airport (NCE): 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus (line 620, stop: Gare Routière d’Antibes).
- From Antibes train station (SNCF): 10-minute walk.
- By bus: Multiple lines serve central Antibes, with stops nearby.

🚗 Parking
⚠️ Rue de Fersen is pedestrian-only (not directly accessible by car).
Street parking is available nearby, or use the Q-Park on Rue de la Poste, a few minutes’ walk away. Rates vary depending on dates (can be checked online).

Guest interaction

Managed by a local agency just a few meters from the house, we are always available and flexible to ensure you enjoy a pleasant stay.

Check-in: until 8 PM. For later arrivals, please contact us to arrange a flexible key handover (key box available).
Check-out: by 10 AM.

Other things to note

Bed linens and towels are included: a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a hand towel per bathroom, a bath mat per bathroom, a tea towel, two rolls of toilet paper, dish soap and a sponge.

Not provided: beach towels, coffee, soap, laundry detergent, and other consumables.

Cleaning is included at the end of stay, however we ask guests to please leave the house in a good condition and was dishes / take out the trash.

Not suitable for parties: the environment is calm and family-friendly.
