The space

Welcome to this functional and ideally located studio in the heart of the Montfleury district of Cannes.

Designed to accommodate up to 3 guests, the apartment features a comfortable double bed as well as a single bed, making it an ideal option for a couple with a child while also being suitable for three adults travelling for leisure or business.

The space has been thoughtfully arranged to provide everything needed for a pleasant stay: a sleeping area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and private bathroom. The apartment is also equipped with a portable air-conditioning unit that efficiently cools the room during hot summer days. Please note that this is a mobile air-conditioning unit on wheels with an exhaust hose that must be positioned through the window. Like all portable units of this type, it is slightly noisier than a fixed air-conditioning system while remaining highly effective at maintaining a comfortable temperature.

Thanks to its practical layout and central location, this studio is an excellent base for exploring Cannes, attending conferences, or enjoying a holiday on the French Riviera.

Neighbourhood

Boulevard Montfleury is one of the most sought-after areas of Cannes. Residential, lively, and particularly family-friendly, it is highly appreciated by local residents who live here year-round.

Within a short walk of the apartment, you will find everything you may need: several bakeries, a pharmacy, wine shop, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars, a petrol station, newsagents, and local convenience stores. Everything can be done on foot, making your stay especially comfortable.

The famous Rue d’Antibes and its many boutiques can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot. La Croisette, with its private beaches, public beaches, and seafront restaurants, is approximately a 10-minute walk away.

For business travellers, the Palais des Festivals and Congress Centre is around a 15-minute walk away, as is Cannes train station. The apartment therefore offers an excellent alternative to accommodation located directly in the city centre while remaining extremely close to all major attractions.

Families will also appreciate the nearby green spaces and children's playgrounds, including a small park with play equipment and a slide located just a few minutes from the apartment. The neighbourhood is renowned for its peaceful, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.

Getting around

The apartment enjoys an ideal location for getting around without a car.

Cannes train station is approximately a 15-minute walk away and provides easy access to Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Nice, Monaco, Menton, and even Italy via the regional TER train network.

Numerous bus routes also serve the area, allowing easy travel throughout Cannes and the surrounding region.

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, allow approximately 30 minutes by car depending on traffic conditions. Train and bus connections are also available, making it easy to reach Cannes from the airport.

The apartment does not include a private parking space. However, parking may be available in the surrounding streets depending on availability. Some streets in the area offer free parking, while others are regulated.

For additional convenience, several paid car parks are located nearby, including:

A car is absolutely not necessary during your stay thanks to the immediate proximity of shops, beaches, restaurants, and public transport.

For business travellers and conference attendees, the Palais des Festivals and Congress Centre is located approximately 1.2 km from the apartment, or around a 15-minute walk depending on your pace. You will therefore be able to easily attend Cannes' major events such as the Cannes Film Festival, Cannes Lions, MIPIM, MIPTV, MAPIC, and the Tax Free World Exhibition while enjoying a quieter and more pleasant neighbourhood than the city centre. Cannes train station is also approximately a 15-minute walk away, making business travel throughout the French Riviera particularly convenient.

Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival:
• 1 set of bed linen per booked bed
• 1 large bath towel per guest
• 1 small towel per guest
• 1 bath mat
• 1 kitchen towel

To help you settle in comfortably, we also provide:
• 1 sponge
• Dishwashing liquid
• 2 rolls of toilet paper

These items are provided as a welcome pack. Any additional supplies required during your stay remain the responsibility of the guests. Several supermarkets are located just a few metres from the apartment, making it easy to purchase coffee, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning products, and other essentials.

Mid-stay cleaning services and linen changes can be arranged upon request during your stay.

Beach towels are not provided by default but may be available upon prior request for an additional fee.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are prohibited.
The number of guests staying in the apartment must correspond to the number indicated on the reservation.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking. Before departure, we simply ask that you take out your rubbish and leave the dishes clean and put away.

The apartment features a double bed and a foldaway single bed, allowing accommodation for up to 3 guests. Due to the studio layout, it is particularly well suited for 2 adults or 2 adults travelling with a child.
