The space

Welcome to this bright and modern one-bedroom apartment offering 33 m² of living space and a pleasant 7 m² terrace, located on the first floor of a recent residence with elevator access.

Carefully maintained and fully equipped, it is the perfect place for couples, families or business travellers looking for a comfortable stay in Antibes.

The living area features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop, washing machine, coffee machine, cookware, dishes and everything you need to prepare your meals. A breakfast bar with two stools creates a pleasant dining area.

The lounge includes a TV, free Wi-Fi and a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) that can accommodate two guests. It opens directly onto the terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast, relax or simply make the most of the Mediterranean climate.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 × 200 cm), a large wardrobe, a desk and also offers direct access to the terrace.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and a clothes drying rack.

Please note that the apartment is not air-conditioned.

A private parking space is available in the underground garage. Please note that the parking space is quite narrow and is therefore better suited to a small city car.

The residence is modern, secure and accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the Jules Grec area, a quiet residential neighbourhood offering easy access to the main attractions of Antibes.

Within a few minutes, you’ll find a bakery, pharmacy, local grocery store and several supermarkets for your daily shopping.

The Thalazur Antibes Spa is also nearby if you wish to enjoy a wellness treatment, spa facilities or simply relax during your stay.

The apartment is particularly convenient for guests visiting or working at La Fontonne Hospital.

Antibes Old Town, Port Vauban, the beaches and Juan-les-Pins can all be reached within a few minutes by car or public transport, allowing you to enjoy both a peaceful location and easy access to the French Riviera’s highlights.

Getting around

The apartment is easy to reach whether you are travelling by car or public transport.

A private parking space is available within the residence.

The nearby Stade Nautique bus stop offers convenient connections to Antibes city centre, the Old Town, Juan-les-Pins and Antibes train station via the local Envibus network.

Antibes train station is only a few minutes away by bus or car, while the A8 motorway provides quick access to Cannes, Nice, Sophia Antipolis and Monaco.

Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car.

Thanks to the nearby public transport network, it is perfectly possible to enjoy your stay without a car.

Other things to note

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Parties and events are not permitted in order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the residence.

Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen is provided for each bed used, along with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest, a bath mat and a kitchen towel.

Upon arrival, you will also find two rolls of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and a sponge to help you get started.

Additional consumables such as coffee capsules, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, paper towels and food products are not provided.

The apartment is ideal for two guests but can accommodate up to four people thanks to the sofa bed, which is especially suitable for two children or can also accommodate two adults for a short stay.
