Bright Apartment in the Heart of Old Antibes with Balconies

The space

Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with a lift, this bright, dual-aspect apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The entrance hall offers convenient storage space and leads to a separate toilet and a shower room with a washbasin.

The first bedroom features a double bed, a desk and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a chest of drawers.

Both bedrooms open onto a long balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard at the rear of the building. A small table for two makes it a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a peaceful moment outside.

The living area features a sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, a desk and a dining table that can seat up to 6 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with an oven, refrigerator, hob, coffee machine, crockery and all the necessary cooking utensils.

On the living-room side, a small balcony overlooks Rue Lacan and brings additional natural light into the apartment.

Thanks to its dual aspect, the apartment is particularly bright and pleasant, while the bedrooms benefit from the quieter courtyard side of the building.

Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so that we can organise your check-in.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. We always try to be as flexible as possible depending on the previous booking. For guests arriving later in the evening, self check-in can also be arranged using our key boxes.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. We are also happy to offer flexibility whenever our schedule allows. If we are unable to approve a late check-out, this usually means that new guests are arriving the same day and we need enough time to prepare the apartment for them.

The neighborhood

It would be difficult to find a better location for discovering Antibes! The apartment is located on Rue Lacan, right in the heart of town and just steps away from Old Antibes. A car is absolutely not necessary here, as almost everything can be reached on foot.

Several supermarkets and local shops can be found in the street and surrounding area, as well as bakeries, pastry shops, cafés, restaurants and an artisan ice cream shop.

Rue de la République, Place Nationale and the charming streets of Old Antibes are only a few steps away. The famous Provençal Market, the port and the beaches are also within easy walking distance.

The location is particularly convenient for families, with a carousel and a children’s playground nearby, around Place des Martyrs de la Résistance.

You can easily walk to the beaches and enjoy the Mediterranean without needing to use a car.

Antibes train and bus stations are also within walking distance, making it very easy to explore the surrounding area and the rest of the French Riviera.

Getting around

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street and therefore cannot be accessed directly by car. However, several public car parks are available in central Antibes (closest being Q Park rue Vauban).

Antibes train and bus stations are within walking distance. The train is a particularly convenient way to visit Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and other destinations along the French Riviera.

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, Antibes can be reached by bus, train, taxi or private transfer.

If you are travelling by bicycle, there is a dedicated area in the basement of the residence where bicycles can be stored.

Note

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, parties and events are not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

The number of guests must not exceed the capacity stated in the reservation, which is a maximum of 4 people.

Please also respect the residence and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours in the evening and at night.

Bed linen is provided for each prepared bed, as well as one bath towel per guest. A bath mat and a kitchen towel are also provided.

Beach towels are not included but can be rented from our agency for an additional fee.

A small starter kit is provided upon arrival, including one roll of toilet paper, a sponge and washing-up liquid. Please note that these items are intended only to help you get started and are not replenished throughout your stay. Coffee capsules, laundry detergent and personal hygiene products are not provided for the entire duration of the stay.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation. However, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition: wash and put away any used dishes, take out the rubbish and leave the property tidy.

Air Conditioning Information:

You may notice in the photos that there is an air-conditioning unit installed in the living room.

This is an older unit and, although it works properly most of the time, its performance can occasionally be inconsistent. It may sometimes work less efficiently for an hour or two before returning to normal operation.

For this reason, air conditioning is not listed as an official amenity of the apartment and should not be considered a guaranteed feature when booking.

Guests are, of course, welcome to use it during their stay. When operational, it can be a very pleasant extra, particularly during the warmer months.

We prefer to be fully transparent about this before your stay so that there are no misunderstandings. Replacement of the unit is planned for the future.
