The space

The apartment is just 600 metres from Place de Gaulle and Antibes town centre, making it easy to walk to the Old Town, shops, restaurants and local attractions. In the other direction, the Juan-les-Pins seafront is approximately 1 km away.

The bright and cosy living room offers a comfortable space to relax, with a sofa and TV. Its combination of wood, greenery and natural tones gives the apartment plenty of character.

From the living room, stairs lead up to the mezzanine sleeping area, featuring a double bed and storage space. This layout gives the apartment a unique and welcoming atmosphere.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. Its large worktop also provides plenty of space for cooking comfortably.

The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, washbasin and toilet.

An ideal base for a couple or two guests, with the advantage of being able to enjoy both the charm of Antibes Old Town and the beaches and lively atmosphere of Juan-les-Pins on foot.

Access by car is also convenient, with parking possibilities available nearby depending on the season.

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, expect approximately 25 to 35 minutes by car depending on traffic conditions.
