Situated on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building with a small elevator, this apartment offers generous living spaces, plenty of natural light and a fantastic location for exploring Cannes on foot, whether you're visiting for a holiday or a business trip.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find a welcoming living room with a television, air conditioning, dining area and a comfortable double sofa bed accommodating two additional guests. A sliding door separates the living room from the hallway, providing extra privacy when the sofa bed is used for sleeping.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and everything needed to prepare your meals. Both the kitchen and living room open onto a shared balcony overlooking Place du Commandant Maria, offering open views and an outdoor table where three guests can enjoy breakfast or a relaxing coffee.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a desk and direct access to a second shared balcony overlooking the quieter inner courtyard of the residence. The first bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite shower room with a shower and sink.

A separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink and hairdryer, along with a separate toilet with a small handwashing sink, completes the apartment.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the separate kitchen, living room and two private balconies.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure, gated residential building equipped with a small elevator. Please note that several steps are required to enter the building and the elevator is compact. The property is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The neighborhood

The apartment enjoys a fantastic location in central Cannes, directly on Place du Commandant Maria, a recently renovated square. This lively and convenient neighborhood offers easy access to shops, public transportation and the city's main attractions.

Directly opposite the building, you'll find an Intermarché supermarket, perfect for your daily groceries. A bakery, bank, cafés, restaurants and several other local shops are also located on the square or in the surrounding streets. A post office and additional supermarkets are just a short walk away.

The popular Gambetta Market is nearby, where you can experience a traditional Provençal atmosphere and discover fresh produce, flowers and local specialties. Around five minutes away on foot, you'll also reach the famous "Banane" district, the vibrant shopping and entertainment heart of Cannes, filled with boutiques, cafés, restaurants and lively terraces.

For those looking to enjoy the Mediterranean coast, the famous Croisette promenade and Cannes' beaches are within easy walking distance. During the summer, you can also enjoy the Cannes International Fireworks Festival and walk down to the waterfront to watch the spectacular displays.

Business travelers will particularly appreciate the proximity to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, which hosts major international events including the Cannes Film Festival, MIPIM, MIPCOM and Cannes Lions.

Other things to note

Bed linen and towels

To make your arrival comfortable, we provide one set of bed linen per bed used, one bath towel per guest, one kitchen towel, one bath mat per bathroom and two rolls of toilet paper to get you started.

If you plan to use the sofa bed in the living room, please let us know before your arrival so we can prepare the appropriate bed linen.

Beach towels are not provided. The linen and towels supplied are intended as an initial set for your stay and do not include automatic replacements during your visit.

Consumables and everyday essentials

The apartment is equipped for self-catering, allowing you to prepare your own meals and enjoy an independent stay. However, consumable products are not included in the rental. Guests should therefore bring or purchase their own coffee, tea, milk, food products, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and other everyday supplies.

For your convenience, an Intermarché supermarket is located directly opposite the building, with several additional shops and supermarkets within walking distance.

House rules

The apartment is located in a quiet, family-oriented residential building. We kindly ask all guests to respect the neighbors, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

The property is strictly non-smoking, including on the balconies. Pets are not allowed, and parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited.

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests and must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Any additional visitors require prior approval from the agency and must respect the maximum occupancy limit. Subletting is strictly prohibited.

We also ask guests to respect the shared areas of the building and take good care of the furniture and equipment provided.

Additional information

Air conditioning is available in the living room only. The two bedrooms are not air-conditioned.

The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to the steps at the building entrance and the compact elevator.

Getting around

One of the apartment's greatest advantages is its central location, making it easy to explore Cannes and the surrounding French Riviera, with or without a car.

On foot: The city center and famous "Banane" district are approximately 5 minutes away, as is Gambetta Market. Cannes SNCF train station is around 5 to 7 minutes away, while the Palais des Festivals, La Croisette and the beaches can be reached in approximately 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your route.

By train: Cannes SNCF train station is just a short walk from the apartment. Regular regional TER trains provide convenient connections to Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton and other destinations along the French Riviera, making it easy to explore the area without a car.

By bus: Cannes is served by the Palm Bus network, with numerous routes connecting the city center to surrounding neighborhoods and nearby towns. Several bus stops are located close to the apartment, particularly around the train station.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, you can take the ZOU! Express bus 81 (formerly 210), which connects the airport directly to Cannes. Once you arrive at Cannes bus station, the apartment is just a short walk away. We recommend checking current schedules and ticket prices with the operator before traveling.

By car: The apartment does not include a private parking space. The public Saint-Nicolas covered parking garage, located at 1 Rue de Mimont, is a convenient nearby option. We recommend checking the official Cannes Parking website for current rates, availability and any advance booking options.

Cannes can also be reached from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport by taxi or car.
